Crispin Garden-Webster has a wealth of experience and capability as a leader and business partner in organisational development, strategy, recruitment process design, leadership development, talent management, leading change, workshop and meeting facilitation and capability planning. Crispin is a registered psychologist and Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ). He is also a certified HR professional through the International Personnel Management Association (IPMA).
Crispin's breadth of experience encompasses:
- Service as a Field Psychologist and subsequently Director of the New Zealand Army Psychology Service
- Human Resources management roles in the private sector within the telecommunications industry
- Independent consulting assignments spanning private sector, public and civil service agencies
- International service with a Multilateral Development Bank
- International experience in Antarctica, Singapore, Fiji, Germany, United Kingdom, Bahrain, Australia, Philippines, Indonesia and Pakistan.
