Leading Change

Ideas

Sustainable change is not facilitated through programmes or events. Sustainable change occurs when leaders rally people to feel they are part of an achieving team. People come to work to be treated as contributing adults engaged in producing results. They want to experience the engagement and satisfaction that comes from being part of something that works.

When people feel productive and begin to see tangible results – no matter how small, they line up, get involved, share knowledge and collaborate.

Change is transformational, not transactional. It is a product of leadership and we believe that success is determined by:
  • the understanding that historical performance counts for little and experience is only valuable to the extent that the future is like the past, and
  • the degree that you drive change and how you respond to the change driven by others outside your organisation
